I can say that right now I am not a morning person. Many of my nights are filled with late night, err…. early morning work sessions. So the idea of getting out of bed at (gasp) 4:30am seems absolutely nuts to me.
However, there is something to be said about “the early bird gets the worm.” I recently read a post on Yahoo Finance called Tapping the Power of Your Morning Routine.
I must admit after reading that article I find the reasons very compelling to try and switch my sleeping/resting and alive/awake patterns. I did try this once before though. I tried to get myself to the gym by 5:15am every day to get to a spinning class. That was damn tough. I need to think about this a bit more before I commit.
