My first post to posterous

Testing this posting out. Seeing what other services it “automatically” posts to by default. May take some tweaking to get this working how I like.

Posted via email from berchman’s posterous

UPDATE: I have noticed that when I email to the default posterous.com address for my account posts show up here automatically. I will be MUCH more prudent about posting via posterous in the future.

Do you need help with Wordpress, or the Thesis theme?

Image of DoubleMule certification. I'm a Thesis Certified Designer.

If you are a web designer or web developer needing help, or a 'do-it-yourselfer' looking for a professional Internet presence I can help.

If you need help with a specific WordPress or Thesis theme issue or a complete website, I offer consultation, complete web design, and web development services.

Get in touch and we can talk about your needs and start the process.

  • When you send to post@posterous.com it forwards the post on to all the services you have set up. There are good instructions though about how to control that though. twitter@posterous.com will send it just to twitter, twitter+facebook@posterous.com will send just to twitter & fb, etc
  • Thanks for that clarification jonathan. I happened to read through the website after I had initially posted and discovered a wide variety of options. There are some promising features. Looking forward to experimenting with them.
  • Berchman, looks interesting, will try this also on my blog.
